At Springhill, we offer a variety of facilities for the everyday needs

of the resident.


 i.  Hairdressing Service
          

           For those residents wishing to take advantage of our              
           Hairdressing facility, our Hairdresser is available twice
          
           weekly in the salon located in the lower floor of the Home.

  • Cut & Set..............£6.00
  • Gents' Cut.............£2.50

 ii. Laundry Service:

           All clothing is laundered by our in-house Laundresses with             
           the exception of items marked "DRY CLEAN ONLY".  It is                   
           advisable that all personal clothing be machine washable                 
           where possible. 
          
           When new item of clothing are brought into the Home,                     
           please give to staff for labelling, who in turn will ensure it               
           reaches the resident. 

          
          Any dry cleaning costs will be met by the resident.



 iii. Catering Service:

          
          All residents' meals are catered for on-site by our talented               
          and experienced chefs. 
          
          All meals are produced from fresh, quality ingredients,                     
          sourced locally from reputable suppliers.
          
          Quality home baking is also produced from our kitchen on a           
          daily basis for Afternoon Tea and as a nibble after evening               
          meal.



 iv. Chaplaincy:

           Chaplains of all religious denominations are encouraged to               
           visit Springhill.  Private visits can also be arranged.



 v. Mail:

           All letters for residents should be addressed as follows:

No Smoking Policy:

Springhill complies with Scottish Legislation regarding smoking in

public buildings and is currently a non-smoking premise.

If Residents wish to smoke, they can do so either outside the front

door or in the area set aside on the Patio in the Garden.
